We offer free returns for 30 days to all customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Please note that Express shipping costs are not refunded. If you return an item from the EU, a return shipping fee of €20 will be charged, and €30 for all other countries. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. The return period starts on the day the shipment is delivered or collected.
Return Policy for Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order items from our webshop can be returned unless personal adjustments have been made as agreed in advance. Custom changes are always made in consultation with the customer and are not covered by the return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by post must be in their original packaging (including labels, boxes and pouches)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Engraved products
- Gift vouchers
We want you to enjoy your new jewellery worry-free. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and offer a guarantee on all items.
- Conscious collection
We offer a two-year guarantee on our Conscious Collection from the date of purchase. This includes a certificate of authenticity. We will take care of your jewellery if damage occurs to the material or craftsmanship of the jewellery. We work with top manufacturers to create semi-handmade, responsibly produced pieces that last. We have confidence in the quality of our product and therefore offer a 2-year guarantee.
This also means that the guarantee does not cover lost items, scratches caused by normal use (such as a bent ring or broken necklace), improper use or storage of your product, or any alteration to your product carried out by a third party outside AVJ.
- Vintage collection
We offer a three-month guarantee on our Vintage collection from the date of purchase, exceeding the standard offered by other vintage shops. This is because we thoroughly inspect every item before offering it for sale. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a longer guarantee because we are not the maker of the jewellery.

An oval-cut sapphire takes centre stage, surrounded by a halo of 16 brilliant-cut diamonds. These are set in white gold for an optically larger and flawless sparkle, while a refined 14K yellow gold band strives for a feeling of timeless elegance.
The Spencer ring is the larger version of the Spencer Petite ring. Perfect for those who love a classic showstopper.

Instructions
Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you want to wear the ring.
Make sure the paper fits snugly around your finger. The tighter it is, the easier it will be to determine the correct size.
Mark the point where the paper overlaps and measure the distance with a ruler in millimetres.
