Article 1. | General 1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of amsterdam vintage jewels apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries of amsterdam vintage jewels. If you order an item, you agree to these terms. Therefore, please read them carefully before placing an order. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see article 6), but this cannot be the basis for filing a claim. 2.4 When resizing a ring, Amsterdam Vintage Jewels is entitled to keep the leftover piece of gold in its own possession. Article 3. | Payment and Payment Methods 3.1 At Amsterdam Vintage Jewels, you can choose from four secure payment methods: Ideal, Bancontact, PayPal, and Credit Card; Mastercard & VISA. 3.2 If Amsterdam Vintage Jewels has accidentally listed an incorrect price on the website – and it is clearly a mistake – we have the right to correct it. This also applies if you have already ordered that item. 3.3 All product prices on amsterdamvintagejewels.com include VAT and shipping costs. 3.4 Credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are automatically transmitted via an encrypted and secure system to the relevant payment processor without Amsterdam Vintage Jewels or others having access to this data. Article 4. | Delivery 4.1 Amsterdam Vintage Jewels delivers orders via the courier services DHL, PostNL, and Bpost. 4.2 If you have mistakenly provided an incorrect delivery address, chosen the wrong delivery option, or were not at home when DHL, PostNL, or Bpost came to deliver the package – and therefore additional costs apply – amsterdam vintage jewels may charge these costs to you. 4.3 Amsterdam Vintage Jewels ships the order immediately after payment of the agreement. Amsterdam Vintage Jewels always strives to ensure that you receive your order on time. Repair Replacement Refund 7.3 In the case of a refund, repayment (excluding shipping costs) will take place within 14 working days after receipt and inspection. 7.4 If Amsterdam Vintage Jewels repairs or replaces the item, this can take up to 14 working days unless otherwise communicated. 7.5 The warranty expires if the product has defects caused by improper use, or if you or others have made modifications to the product, have attempted to do so, or if it has been used in a way for which the item is not intended. Without written permission from Amsterdam Vintage Jewels, photos and images may not be reproduced or used publicly.
