No, it is not mandatory. But on certain days (especially on weekends) it can be busy, and then there is a chance that we won't have time for you. Therefore, it is always useful to schedule an appointment in advance. Also, take a look at our opening hours before you come by spontaneously, so you don't find a closed door.
Click on ‘Make an appointment’ and fill in the form. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details. Rescheduling or canceling is free via the same email. Walk-ins are welcome, provided there is space.
On the weekend: yes – so that we can prepare your order for you. Due to the busy period, we do not always have the space to pick up last-minute orders directly from the warehouse. By scheduling a pickup time in advance, we can assist you faster and better.
Our stylist takes plenty of time to help you with styling advice. Whether you come for your first AVJ purchase, want to expand your collection, or are looking for the perfect gift. You can try on our jewelry at your leisure, experiment with stacking combinations, and ask all your questions about sizes, clasps, or care.

The stock you see on the product pages is always the most up-to-date display. Some jewelry is unique or only available in one size.

Absolutely! If you buy something during your appointment (or pick it up), we provide a beautiful gift wrapping – perfect to give immediately or to treat yourself extra.
At this moment we do not offer piercing service, so we do not pierce ears yet.
However, during your appointment you can try on various earrings and piercings (such as studs, huggies, and cuffs) to see what suits you. We are happy to help you find the right style, size, and combination. In the future, we hope to offer piercing as well.
