No, it’s not compulsory. But on certain days (especially at weekends), we can get busy, and there’s a chance we won’t have time for you. That’s why it’s always a good idea to book an appointment in advance. Also check our opening hours before dropping by spontaneously, so you don’t find the door closed.

Click ‘Make an appointment’ and fill in the form. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details straight away. You can reschedule or cancel for free via the same email. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

At the weekend: yes – so we can have your order ready for you. Because it can get busy, we may not always have time to fetch last-minute orders from the warehouse straight away. If you arrange a collection time in advance, we can help you more quickly and efficiently.

Our stylist takes plenty of time to help you with styling advice. Whether you’re visiting for your first AVJ purchase, want to expand your collection or are looking for the perfect gift. You can try on our jewellery at your leisure, experiment with different layering combinations and ask any questions about sizes, clasps or care.

You’ll get access to our full collection, including the latest pieces and vintage highlights.

The stock you see on the product pages is always up to date. Some jewellery is unique or only available in one size.

Absolutely! If you buy something during your appointment (or collect it), we’ll wrap it beautifully as a gift - perfect for giving straight away or treating yourself to something special.

At the moment, we don’t offer a piercing service, so we don’t pierce ears yet.

You can, however, try on different earrings and piercings (such as studs, huggies and cuffs) during your appointment to see what suits you. We’d be happy to help you find the right style, size and combination. We hope to offer piercing in the future.
