Return fee

If you cannot personally deliver your jewelry for repair, you will pay for this €15 for the outbound and return shipping costs. After payment, you will receive a return label and the corresponding instructions by email.

Note: when checking out, it is important that you do not choose "pickup in store". Otherwise, the standard shipping fee of €4.95 will not be automatically added and we will not be able to process your shipment correctly.

Small repairs take approximately 5 working days, larger repairs about 4 weeks.
If the repair is covered by the warranty, we will of course cover the costs. If it is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you in advance about any additional costs.
