We want you to enjoy your new jewellery worry-free. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and offer a guarantee on all items.
- Conscious collection
We offer a two-year guarantee on our Conscious Collection from the date of purchase. This includes a certificate of authenticity. We will take care of your jewellery if damage occurs to the material or craftsmanship of the jewellery. We work with top manufacturers to create semi-handmade, responsibly produced pieces that last. We have confidence in the quality of our product and therefore offer a 2-year guarantee.
This also means that the guarantee does not cover lost items, scratches caused by normal use (such as a bent ring or broken necklace), improper use or storage of your product, or any alteration to your product carried out by a third party outside AVJ.
- Vintage collection
We offer a three-month guarantee on our Vintage collection from the date of purchase, exceeding the standard offered by other vintage shops. This is because we thoroughly inspect every item before offering it for sale. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a longer guarantee because we are not the maker of the jewellery.

Choose a ring that fits the relevant finger.
Measure the diameter of the inside of the ring in millimetres.

Model's ring measures 17 mm in diameter.
Use the table below to determine your ring size.
Tips & tricks
#1
If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the larger size
#2
Measure your ring size at the end of the day, because your fingers are largest then.
#3
The wider the ring band, the tighter it feels. Choosing a wide ring? Go for half a size larger.
#4
Do not measure your ring size if your hands are very cold. This can cause you to measure a ring size that is too small.
#5
Alcohol and salt can cause your fingers to swell. Try measuring your ring size at another time.

Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you want to wear the ring.

Make sure the paper fits snugly around your finger. The tighter it is, the more accurately you can determine the correct size.

Mark the point where the paper overlaps and measure the distance with a ruler in millimetres.
