Each item is viewed by our in-house goldsmith who carefully inspects each ring for the type of metal and stones. Our vintage jewellery looks like new thanks to our careful overhaul, including cleaning, adjustment and claw inspection.
A few tips and tricks to help you find your perfect fit. If you already own a ring that fits, simply measure the inner diameter of the ring on a ruler (not including the edge). The measurement in millimetres is your European ring size.

Returns
We want you to love your new jewels! If something isn’t right and you’d like to exchange or return them, send us an email within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings or rings that have been resized or engraved. If you’re returning from outside of the Benelux, please request a return label and remember to ship the jewellery with insurance. It would break our heart if the item gets lost and we cannot exchange it! If you send the package with your own return label, the shipping costs are at your own expense and we do not accept responsibility for lost packages. Read our FAQs about returns.

Under the warranty, our goldsmith will check the piece for normal wear, and repair or replace it if needed. We ask that you let our jewellers do their thing. Repairs made by a third party void the warranty.
