All our rings are second hand and available both online as in our office. If you wish to try them on first before buying, you can make an appointment. Every item is hand viewed by our in house goldsmith who carefully inspected each ring of the type of metal and stones. Our vintage jewellery will appear as new as we fully refurbished them before selling, including cleaning, setting & claw inspection.

Millimeter 
The easiest way to find out your ring size is to use an already perfect fitting ring. Place the ring in the middle on a ruler and measure the diameter of the inside of the ring (do not include the edge). The number of millimeters is your ring size (European ring size).

• Print this document on a 100% scale size
• Place the ring on one of the circles
• If the inner circle of the ring is exactly the same size as the circle on the paper, you can immediately read your ring size

In case you don’t own a perfectly fitting ring, it’s best to measure the perimeter of your finger. In this document you will find a really useful measurer:

• Print the document on a 100% scale size
• Cut out the measurer
• Fold the measurer around your finger, the number exactly on the dotted lines is your ring size

If you want 100% certainty about your ring size, we would like to invite you to have your size measured at our office, you can make an appointment here. You can also often go to the local jeweler to measure your size.

Shipping We ship worldwide and offer free shipping within the Benelux. If you order before 4 p.m. on workday, we will ship your ring the same day!
* The production time for resizing a ring is always 4 working days

All our shipments are fully insured and complete with tracking notifications. If you enter your telephone number, you will also be kept informed of your shipment by telephone in addition to email.

Exchange & Returns

If you want to exchange or return your item, you can do this by sending an email to hello@amsterdamvintagejewels.com. For returns outside the Benelux. We request you to return the ring insured, otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return. If your return is lost and you are not insured, we cannot do anything.

Rings that are resized can not be returned.

amsterdam vintage jewels stands for high-quality items, both with our vintage line and our own produced jewelry. All our jewelry comes with a warranty under normal use. We offer a guarantee on both our vintage line and our own line. This means that, with normal use, we can usually replace or repair the jewelry if something goes wrong. If you want to make use of your warranty, our goldsmith will check and confirm whether the ring has been worn normally and carry out a repair.

Replacement or repair of your jewelry at an external party (or by yourself), is at your own risk. In this case, the warranty is unfortunately no longer valid.

Do you want to have your jewelry resized? This is always possible and will cost you 50 euros. The item will take 5 days longer to be shipped out.
