Returns
We want you to love your new jewels! If something isn’t right and you’d like to exchange or return them, send us an email within 30 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings or rings that have been resized or engraved. If you’re returning from outside of the Benelux, please request a return label and remember to ship the jewellery with insurance. It would break our heart if the item gets lost and we cannot exchange it! If you send the package with your own return label, the shipping costs are at your own expense and we do not accept responsibility for lost packages. Read our FAQs about returns.
